  • Up to 40 hours: 4 weeks’ notice required

Scoped Work & Approval Process

All work requested under this package will be individually scoped, and a Level of Effort (LOE) estimate will be provided for your approval.

Hours for each approved LOE will be subtracted from your SiteWatch Development Advantage balance at the time of approval, and work will begin after approval. The available SiteWatch Development Advantage hours are always visible within the client dashboard.

Any changes to the agreed scope will require a new ticket and a separate estimate.

Priority Scheduling (SiteWatch Services Only)

Requests for SiteWatch-covered work are scheduled according to the guaranteed lead times outlined above.

No Rollover

Unused hours expire after 12 months, at the end of your SiteWatch engagement, or immediately if you downgrade to a lower SiteWatch plan.

Transparent Terms

Additional hours beyond the package are billed at the standard $250/hour rate.

One Active Package at a Time

You may purchase another SiteWatch Development Advantage Package once your current hours are used up, but only one package can be active at a time.

Pricing

Full payment is due upon contract execution

No rollover of unused hours after 12 months, end of SiteWatch engagement, or downgrade to a lower plan

Frequently Asked Questions

SiteWatch Plus/Complete/Sentinel clients who know they’ll need extra development hours and want to lock in a lower rate with predictable scheduling.

Submit your request through your normal ticketing workflow under consideration of the required lead time (see above).
Each request will be individually scoped, and you’ll receive a Level of Effort (LOE) estimate for approval.

Once you approve the LOE, the estimated hours will be subtracted from your package balance, and work will be scheduled.

If the scope changes, a new ticket and estimate will be required.

This process ensures transparency and that your hours are only deducted for approved work.

No, the package is non-transferable and hours expire after 12 months, at the end of your SiteWatch engagement, or immediately if you downgrade to a SiteWatch Basic plan.
The package is bound to a specific SiteWatch plan, and hours cannot be transferred between plans, even if you have multiple SiteWatch Plus/Complete/Sentinel plans.

If you request work to be completed sooner than the outlined lead times, those hours will be billed at the standard $250/hour rate, even if you have SiteWatch Development Advantage hours available.

No, the package is non-refundable once purchased.

Any of our services, including WordPress development, bug fixes, enhancements, support, or other offerings.

Availability and lead times for services not covered under SiteWatch may vary; please inquire for details.

You may purchase another SiteWatch Development Advantage Package under the same terms (limit one active package at a time).

Any additional hours beyond your active package will be billed at our standard ad-hoc rate of $250/hour, subject to availability.

Cancellations must be made at least one week before the scheduled service date. Rescheduling follows the same lead time requirements.
If you need to change the scope of an approved request, a new ticket and LOE will be required.

This package is not designed for ongoing, fluent, or highly dynamic workstreams. It is best suited for clearly defined, discrete tasks or projects that can be fully scoped up-front and delivered with minimal ongoing project management or discovery.
If your needs involve more iterative, collaborative, or evolving work, such as product development, ongoing feature builds, or engagements requiring extensive project management and discovery, Fueled offers a range of other service models that may be a better fit.
